Job Summary The Clinical Project Manager reports directly to the Chief Services Officer. The Clinical Project Manager leads project teams comprised of JTG consultants and client staff. The Clinical Project Manager oversees and manages client projects, establishing goals and timelines for the project and ensuring that the goals are met. Job Duties and Responsibilities - Lead and motivate project team - Manage and work collaboratively with team members, and both internal and external stakeholders - Implement and follow project governance protocols - Develop and maintain realistic and reasonable project timelines and task durations - Keep timelines on track by knowing when to escalate threats to the critical path - Monitor project progress while being able to see the big picture and not neglect the details - Conduct continual assessments and review feasibility analyses for project success and allocated resources - Estimate time and financial commitments required to complete project tasks - Steer client and users through established change control processes - Be the owner of the project scope, address and mitigate scope creep - Build project plan documentation/reports and maintain for regular leadership review/updates - Implement and optimize process improvement where inefficiencies are observed - Collect, analyze and compose approved metrics set out to demonstrate project success/progress into presentations and reports - Document lessons learned activities for project closeout and evaluation - Manage transition support to operations team post go-live - Work collaboratively with clients to plan, install, implement and maintain hardware and software solutions - Abides by HIPAA regulations of confidentiality for all activities and information accessed - Determine project priorities based on needs of our Clients. Ensure completion of projects in a timely manner to comply with established deadlines. Actively work with Chief Services Officer and clients to determine and or adjust project priorities - Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and clients’ staff - Other tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO, or the Chief Services Officer Job Qualifications Education & Experience - Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science (Required) - Minimum 5 years of Medical Technologist (or equivalent role) experience (Required) - Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience (Required) - Minimum 3 years of experience working in Laboratory Information Systems (Required) - IT and Healthcare strategy experience - Demonstrated technical skills and aptitudes related to all computer related activities - Demonstrated ability to understand all laboratory related computer applications, and the ability to learn and apply new applications and programs Competencies - Ability to handle confidential information - Ability to work independently but also as part of a collaborative team - Ability to work around infectious biological specimens, caustics, toxic chemicals and irritants appropriately and safely - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities - Exceptional verbal, and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills - Experience with Microsoft 365 - Ability to work remotely - Ability to travel as required

We’re looking for a freelance performance creative who lives at the intersection of high-end production and ruthless data analysis. This isn’t a plug-and-play role. You’ll own the creative process from concept to copy to production, developing Meta-native ads that stop the scroll and drive real conversions. You’ll test relentlessly, learn fast, and collaborate with our team to double down on what works. What you'll do - Concept, script, and produce Meta-native ads (UGC-style videos, high-spec brand spots, mashups, and static disruptors). - Write on-brand ad copy, hooks, and headlines that align with the creative hypothesis. - Launch 3-10 distinct creative concepts per week, backed by structured testing and learnings. - Run iterative cycles for every winning ad, produce 3 new hooks; for every loss, analyze and document insights. - Approach each campaign with a hypothesis-first mindset (“Why will this stop a homeowner worried about air quality?”). - Participate in weekly syncs to review performance data and plan the next sprint. - Move fast from brainstorm to live ad while maintaining brand integrity and quality. Qualifications - Proven experience producing high-performing creative for Meta platforms. - Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and the relationship between creative and conversion. - Strategic thinker who combines storytelling instincts with data-driven testing. - Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in quick feedback loops. - Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare advertising guidelines or DTC wellness brands. The Role The Commissioning Assistant Project Manager provides technical support and leadership to plan, schedule and execute full life cycle commissioning of critical facilities. This person participates in the MEP design review process and participates in functional testing of complex electrical and mechanical systems. The Commissioning Assistant Project Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of a project. This person will work as part of the project management team and interact closely with the Project manager and Program Manager, designers, contractors, subcontractors and other trades on projects in mission critical environments. What You'll Do Manage all Elements of Commissioning Projects (50%) - Assist with pre-construction elements including project initiation, kickoff, RFIs and submittals. - Coordinate and support resource and material forecasting. - Develop, manage and monitor schedule. - Participate in, schedule or lead project meetings. - Coordinate / perform QA / QC and Cx plans and specifications to ensure completion in accordance with the project scope and appropriate guidelines and manuals. - Communicate and coordinate project staffing needs. - Coordinate or oversee start-up, cutover, pre-functional or functional testing and project closeout. - Onboard project team for mobilization. - Prepare project progress reports for internal and external stakeholders. - Lead and assist in preparation of final commissioning report for submission to client. Monitor and Control Project Financials (15%) - Assist in preparing, forecast and monitor project budgets, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization and maintain overall responsibility for the profitability of the project. - Assist in communicating with the client when additional fees / change orders are required. - Identify potential project risks and develop/implement strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines. Manage Stakeholder Relations (10%) - Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations and the overall marketing efforts of the firm. - Assist in the promotion of the firm, service and expertise to existing or potential clients. - Maintain client relationships to ensure an ongoing positive relationship and work with clients to identify and develop new projects. - Support contact for clients and build effective, long-term client relationships. - Ensure client satisfaction through active communication. Perform On-site Commissioning Activities (15%) - On-site inspection, validation, functional testing, verification and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment. - Participate in factory witness testing and observe startup activities. - Use technical equipment to perform testing. - Direct vendors / contractors in the execution of the testing. Develop Testing Plans and Procedures for Complex Projects (5%) - Development of commissioning plans. - Prepare pre-functional checklists. - Prepare functional performance test scripts. Review Construction Related Design Documents, Drawings and Specifications (5%) - Review shop drawings and submittals. - Review sequence of operations. - Assist in commissioning focused design reviews. - Completion of Assigned Tasks and Deliverables on Time and on Budget. - Performs Other Related Duties as Assigned.
