About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Director, Integrated Evidence Planning (IEP) Lead – Respiratory to help us expand what’s possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Global Medical Affairs Head, Respiratory the Senior Director, IEP Lead defines and delivers the global evidence strategy, integrating clinical, real-world, and economic insights to meet the needs of patients, regulators, and payers. This leader will ensure evidence generation drives both scientific credibility and commercial value, partnering across Medical, Development, and Access to shape asset and therapeutic area success. What You'll Do: In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build and execute global program IEP strategies for the therapeutic area and inform lifecycle decisions and access strategy. You’ll also: - Develop and lead the implementation of evidence strategies, and ensure the evidence strategy is aligned, robust, evidence-based, and impactful. - Collaborate and align with Medical Directors and Access across the Respiratory portfolio. - Engage regularly with HCPs, patients, payers, and regulators to shape evidence priorities. - Align cross-functional teams globally, drive quality, and synchronize evidence communication. - Reinforce scientific reputation via thought leadership, publications, and academic engagement. - Partner with internal stakeholders on research strategies, tactics and outcomes, and translate research methodology to diverse audiences. - Track and report performance using defined KPIs and ROI to measure evidence effectiveness. - Translate insights into strategy, providing actionable recommendations to therapeutic area and senior leadership. - Embed evidence excellence across medical and commercial teams to drive integrated impact. Who You Are: You must have an advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, MPH, MS) in life sciences or related field and 10+ years in biopharma with 3+ years in management. Additionally, you have: - Experience with evidence generation, market access, HEOR, and/or RWE. - Expertise in late-stage clinical design, RWE, and patient-centered evidence generation. - Deep understanding of payer, HTA, and reimbursement landscapes. - Strong methodological foundation (epidemiology, HEOR, data analytics). - Skilled at leading diverse, cross-functional teams without direct reports. - Track record of turning complex data into clear, high-impact strategic insights. - Experience developing a strategic vision by integrating needs of diverse stakeholders, scientific considerations, and market knowledge. Where You’ll Work This can be a fully remote role because the selected candidate should be able to perform effectively from anywhere while staying connected to your Insmed team and community. Occasional travel for team meetings or events will be expected. Alternatively, if you live within a drivable distance of our Bridgewater, NJ facilities, you’ll have the option to work remotely most of the time, but with more in-person collaboration when it matters most. SHIFT: WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY 3PM -11:30PM - This is eligible for added shift differential of 9.60% to the base pay listed below. The Crisis Call Diversion with 988 and 911 recognizes the importance of strong relationships between public safety answering points (PSAPs) and 988 centers to ensure individuals in crisis receive services that support their needs, safety, and well-being. The Crisis Triage Specialist (Crisis Call Diversion) will receive crisis calls as a direct and warm transfer from 911, PSAPS, emergency dispatchers, and/or law enforcement. The Crisis Triage Specialist conducts risk assessments and develops safety plans with or on behalf of individuals whose health or safety is in danger because of emotional distress, or a mental health or substance use crisis. The Crisis Triage Specialist collaborates with individuals, family, and community partners to develop and implement viable, less restrictive alternatives to hospitalization, assists with inpatient treatment, linkage to services and resources, and referrals to mobile crisis response teams or Designated Crisis Responders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: - Effectively receive warm transfer calls from Spokane Regional Emergency Communication Center (SREC/911), Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs), emergency response dispatchers, and/or law enforcement, ensuring individuals in crisis are appropriately assessed, triaged, supported, and linked with appropriate services and resources that meet their needs. - Provide crisis triage services to individuals requesting assistance or third-party referral sources to provide community stabilization services to the identified individual in crisis. - Complete risk assessments to determine if the caller is at risk for suicide, homicide, and/or grave disability and who may need an immediate response, which may include referrals to Law Enforcement, mobile crisis outreach teams, DCRs, and/or Active Rescue to maintain the individual’s safety or the safety of others. - Must be able to manage multiple calls in a professional and engaging manner. - Assist clinical staff with follow-up phone calls as requested and appropriate. - In collaboration with clients and their support system, develop stabilization and safety plans. - Complete comprehensive documentation that supports the safety plan as indicated. - Possess an in-depth knowledge of community resources and the ability to access resources to support and address client needs. - Accept delegation and follow through with specific expanded assignments and responsibilities within the FBH system, including quality improvement teams, task groups, committees, consultations, mentoring, and training. - Maintain client records and all other required documentation in a timely and confidential manner, in accordance with agency policies and practices. - Other duties as assigned by the agency or supervisor.
