Location: Remote (LATAM preferred | Open to international candidates)Type: Full-Time EngagementWorking Hours: US time zones About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized and technically capable Project Manager to act as the central coordinator for our frontend web projects, e-commerce initiatives, and operational system improvements. This role is ideal for someone who has worked at a company that sells physical products online and understands how marketing, product pages, inventory, and fulfillment systems connect behind the scenes. You will lead website initiatives, conversion optimization projects, and cross-platform operational improvements across tools like Shopify, ShipStation, Google Sheets, and accounting systems. Tasks Key Responsibilities Website & E-commerce Projects - Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics for website initiatives - Lead projects including product launches, page builds, redesigns, CRO improvements, and feature releases - Oversee the full lifecycle from kickoff → wireframes → development → QA → launch → optimization - Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with revenue goals Cross-Functional Coordination - Act as the main point of contact between marketing, sales, content, IT, and leadership - Coordinate with developers, designers, and external vendors - Assign tasks and track execution using tools such as Asana - Remove blockers and keep teams aligned on priorities Systems & Process Optimization - Lead initiatives to improve operational workflows across the stack - Manage projects involving systems such as: - Shopify - ShipStation - Google Sheets - Inventory tools - Accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks) - Translate business needs into technical tasks and guide internal resources to implement solutions - Ensure system improvements increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability Reporting & Communication - Track progress, dependencies, and risks across all projects - Provide clear status updates and reports to leadership - Maintain documentation, workflows, and project plans Requirements Required Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in project management, operations, or product/web delivery roles - Experience working at a company that sells physical products (e-commerce, retail, hardware, consumer goods, etc.) - Strong understanding of website workflows, product pages, and conversion optimization - Experience managing cross-functional technical projects - Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, ShipStation, Google Sheets, Asana, or similar platforms - Strong English communication skills - Comfortable working with teams aligned to US business hours Preferred Qualifications - Experience managing Shopify or DTC e-commerce operations - Background working with developers or technical teams - Experience improving workflows across multiple software tools - Startup or high-growth company experience - Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, or CRO tools
