Senior Software Engineer
Pair Team
• Own core product initiatives and drive full-stack development using modern web technologies • Build scalable, high-performance applications that support both clinical and patient experiences • Identify and implement improvements across our platform to enhance speed, reliability, and usability • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and platform engineers to deliver seamless, user-centered solutions • Help guide architectural decisions that will support our growing team and mission-driven roadmap
Job Requirements
- At least 2+ years of software development experience as a high-performing individual contributor, building user-facing software at a startup
- Experience in both backend and frontend engineering
- Building complex web applications (required)
- Relational Databases data modeling (required)
- Ruby on Rails (preferred)
- React (preferred)
- AWS services (preferred)
- Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder
