• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap covering applications, data, infrastructure, and security. • Translate business strategies into actionable architecture frameworks and technology standards. • Ensure architectural alignment with organizational goals, scalability needs, and regulatory requirements. • Define and enforce architecture principles, guardrails, and best practices. • Lead architecture reviews, solution evaluations, and technology selections. • Provide architectural oversight for major initiatives, ensuring systems integrate effectively. • Engage with business leaders to understand strategy, pain points, and future needs. • Drive cloud strategy, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. • Maintain enterprise architecture documentation, diagrams, standards, and system inventories.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in IT architecture (enterprise, solution, or technical)
  • Proven experience designing large-scale, distributed, cloud-based systems
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern integration patterns (APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures)
  • Familiarity with security, data governance, and infrastructure architecture
  • Experience in a small to mid-sized company preferred
