• Provide ongoing operational support, maintenance, and engineering with regards to the full Zscaler product suite (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZCC) and related technologies for a currently deployed Zscaler implementation. • Configure and tune the system to optimize performance and/or alerting. • Leverage expertise and experience to actively troubleshoot complex networking and security issues related to Zscaler. • Provide guidance on all aspects of Zscaler network and security capabilities for the customer. • Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and best practices for IT systems and data protection. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zscaler with existing network, firewalls, external vendors, and server infrastructure to deliver high-quality technical support. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and security policies. • Train and mentor internal teams on Zscaler best practices and security configurations. • Interface with Zscaler Technical Support in the creation and resolution of issues. • Assist in design and implementation of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) strategies using Zscaler technologies.

• Perform installation and commissioning on automation systems at customer sites • Troubleshoot automation problems during scheduled Port visits or at sea • Develop documentation for commissioning and maintenance procedures • Provide on-call support for customer service inquiries • Manage onsite project technical duties • Identify sales opportunities for service agreements and upgrades

• Perform installation and commissioning on drive systems at customer site locations during ship construction • Perform troubleshooting activities at site locations during scheduled Port visits or at sea to diagnose problems and implement corrective actions • Develop documentation to execute work such as commissioning and maintenance procedures • Execute on site project management and technical leader duties • Identify sales opportunities for service agreements, spare parts, training, and upgrades • Provide on call support in response to customer calls for service • Complete timely service reports and other administrative requirements

• Perform installation and commissioning on automation systems or dynamic positioning systems at customer site locations during ship construction • Performs troubleshooting activities at site locations during scheduled Port visits or at sea to diagnose problems, determine appropriate resolution, and implements corrective actions • Develop documentation to execute work such as commissioning and maintenance procedures, as well as execute customer training • Execute on site project management and technical leader duties to resolve customer issues and provide customer satisfaction • Identify sales opportunities for service agreements, spare parts, training, and upgrades • Provide on call support in response to customer calls for service • Complete timely service reports and other administrative requirements • Perform work on-board vessels within GE / Customer safety guidelines either in shipyards or offshore
