Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in project management, including planning, forecasting, and budget management. - 1+ year of experience managing stakeholders and external resources, such as authors, trainers, or developers. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and product development processes (ideally in EdTech or related sectors). - Experience with Agile-driven project management methodologies and ability to apply best practices to ensure successful delivery. - Highly collaborative and empathetic, able to motivate teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and resolve conflicts. - Fluency in English, self-directed, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects with strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Core Responsibilities - Apply internal controls to lifecycle publishing processes. - Maintain and validate audit portfolios (≥95% completeness standard). - Execute final pre-publication checklist reviews. - Coordinate with Sponsors to ensure template and policy compliance. - Participate in twice-weekly Agile scrum meetings. - Ensure Section 508 review and remediation coordination. - Maintain <1% data error rate in Power Apps publication databases. - Document significant remediation actions and lifecycle milestones. - Track inactive/expiring directives and POA&M actions. - Contribute inputs to required monthly progress reporting. - DHS Section 508 Trusted Tester certification required within 20 business days.
