• The Regulatory Affairs Program Manager supports the development, oversight, and implementation of regulatory programs • Provides leadership and expertise across multiple program areas • Serves as strategic partners to internal departments, facilitating cross-functional enterprise coordination • Maintains the infrastructure, documentation, and workflows that support regulatory alignment and organizational accountability

• Lead program budget development, budget management, and expense management and tracking using the UCS budget management system, including reconciling budget records and actual expenses with finance on a regular basis. • Review and approve program expenditures in the accounts payable system. • Review and approve program travel and credit expenses in the travel and expense system. • Lead training and support on budgeting for budget holders and/or approvers. • Assist program staff with preparing and submitting financial documents and contracts to the Finance team. • Lead in troubleshooting contracts, purchase records/invoices, and payments, etc., promptly as needed. • Assist with proactively providing coordination and team management for the programs planning processes. • In collaboration with People & Culture, assist hiring managers during hiring, orientation, and onboarding processes. • With the Office operations team, support the coordination of all-program retreats and provide supplementary events, retreats, or other activities, as needed. • In coordination with the Finance & Administration department teams, proactively and creatively work to streamline and optimize program operations processes and procedures. • In collaboration with leadership, support effective program operations communication flows (upwards, downwards, and with other programs and departments). • Provide supervisory leadership to the office operations team. • Support the DC office Sr. Operations Coordinator with coordinating DC office facility needs, maintenance, security, mail management, etc. • Manage special projects as needed or as assigned.

• Spearhead programs (new product initiatives, technology solutions, CRM and Telephony infrastructure optimization, etc) that elevate customer satisfaction, reduce our cost-to-serve and improve our agents’ experience. • Coordinate the execution of multiple cross-functional work streams to deliver a cohesive outcome. Partners include but are not limited to Operations teams (CX, Trust & Safety, and Fraud & Customer Success, Learning & Development departments) as well as other departments such as Product, Engineering, IT, Finance, International, Legal, Marketing, and our Marketplace team. • Leverage data to inform business decisions and analyze impact. • Performance metrics are your heartbeat. Directly develop, own and drive efficiency and cost to serve programs that have tangible impact on metrics. • Effectively decompose strategic goals into program strategy, operations workstreams and outcomes. Executes to deliver results. • Narrate a strategy for ambiguous and unscoped programs; identifies multiple approaches, drives alignment around the best long-term value for Rover, and builds the plans to execute programs. • Routinely review key milestones with senior managers and cross functional partners. Troubleshoots medium to major roadblocks and delays autonomously. • Prioritize competing stakeholder requests and internal deliverables in a complex, fast-paced environment. • Identify and track KPIs; inform stakeholders how the KPIs contribute to the performance of the team, department, and company. • Operates with autonomy and discretion; is responsible for initiating or taking actions to resolve problems. • Regularly influence interdepartmental policy and process and consistently partners with peers to influence cross-functionally • Design longer and/or perpetually-running, complex market tests with interdepartmental impacts. • Work on significant and unique issues where no current best practices exist in the market. • Support training and onboarding of team members; mentors/coaches in career development of Project and/or Program Managers.

• Identify gaps in our current systems, policies and strategies, and recommend enhancements and process improvements • Work to scope out, prioritize, coordinate, and launch the initiatives that are most critical to Stripe in support of minimizing credit losses while providing positive user experience • Create short-term and long-term project plans, including setting milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines and efficiently allocating resources • Design and implement processes that help scale our risk management practices within Stripe and operate at pace • Facilitate decisions and actions, while making certain that ‘risk and reward’ trade offs are at the core of our decision-making process • Hold a broader viewpoint by balancing multiple perspectives across the team, understanding other initiatives that are running parallel and ensuring proper overlap and communication between projects
