• Run deals end-to-end: discovery → demo → close (with founding team support) • Close the next wave of mid-market and enterprise customers • Help refine ICP, pricing, and value proposition • Provide structured feedback to product and leadership • Test and validate new vertical use cases beyond life sciences • Help define the playbook for future sales hires
Job Requirements
- 3–8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (mid-market or enterprise)
- Experience selling into healthcare / life sciences is a strong plus
- Comfortable selling a very early-stage product with evolving messaging
- Strong discovery skills; able to sell value, not just features
- Self-directed, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Excited to be an early commercial hire, not rep #25
