• Support Clinical Services teams in the validation of quality and processes consistency on the CPE editing engine • Provide support and subject matter expertise on Coding Validation (CV) • Act as a liaison for clinical information between internal partners and external customers • Provide resources to facilitate client understanding of Coding Validation policies and concepts • Review and analyze CV related client inquiries and Change Requests for clarity of intent • Collaborate with Client Teams to develop and maintain excellent client relationships • Support CPE Clinical Services quality assurance processes including pre and post release testing • Maintain Client Information Workbooks with updated information as needed for CV review

• Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or proven record of success in consulting • Work independently and display leadership skills to lead a team of consultants in client engagement • Configure COPA profiles according to order types to meet company needs for profitability analysis • Map business practices to ERP software • Analyze the As-Is system and gather functional requirements for the To-Be system

• Partner with perioperative leaders, surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing teams; including Directors of Perioperative Services and hospital leadership, to assess, design, and optimize OR workflows using AI-enabled smart hospital capabilities • Support implementation, configuration, and rollout of Artisight's platform for OR coordination and perioperative use cases across the entire continuum of care (pre-operative, intra-operative, post-operative, and PACU) • Help improve workflows related to scheduling, staffing, case readiness, throughput, and perioperative handoffs • Analyze clinical workflows, operational data, and end-user feedback to inform implementation strategy and product enhancements • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, customer success, sales, and data teams to translate clinical needs into clear functional and workflow requirements • Support training, go-live activities, provide education, and post-implementation optimization to drive adoption, usability, and sustained value • Navigate shifting priorities, flex across initiatives, and communicate progress, insights, risks, and recommendations clearly to both clinical and technical stakeholders

• Serve as a technical lead for LCA projects, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and sector-specific frameworks. • Perform quality assurance on LCA models and deliverables using SimaPro, OpenLCA, and Excel (GaBi experience is a plus). • Review and validate results against recognized LCA methodologies and client-specific requirements. • Support proposal development, including responding to RFPs and creating tailored solutions for clients. • Engage with clients to understand their needs and design bespoke approaches that deliver value and insight. • Collaborate on business development initiatives to expand LCA service offerings. • Provide guidance on GHG inventories and the intersection of product carbon footprints and corporate carbon accounting. • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of LCA expertise within the organization.
