Jr Creator Support Associate

This role executes and owns assigned projects while delivering an exceptional creator experience. Monitor email, DMs, creator-facing chat and answer all inquiries within one business day. Effectively follow up with creators missing deliverables after the deadline to increase post rate. Accurately review creator collab gift card compensation eligibility. Manage communication of sparked content to creators. Assist in managing the inbox workflow, delegate tagged conversations when additional support is needed to ensure creator messages are reviewed in a timely manner. Identify opportunities for improvement while taking the creator perspective into account. Seek out opportunities for growth and development with your manager. Actively engage and participate in 1-on-1s, team meetings, and training sessions. Stay updated on influencer marketing trends to provide the best creator experience. Execute and own all assigned projects and tasks with a strong self-starter mentality. Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in creator support, influencer marketing, social media management, customer support, community management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced, digital marketing, or startup environment.
  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to the details.
  • Strong self-starter and problem-solving mentality with the ability to act and react in a professional manner when confronted with adverse situations.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, personal organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Growth mindset: an ability and desire to learn and pivot skill sets based on business needs.
  • Delivers written and verbal communication in a clear, compelling manner with minimal errors.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a candidate preferably with experience supporting litigation, with experience in customer service, and Legal assistant experience. The Legal Services customer service representative is a hybrid role that focuses on building client relationships while also providing support to the Operations staff. The position plays an integral role as they are responsible for communication with the customer, reviewer, and staff to ensure a quality report is delivered by the customer's deadline. The Legal Services CSR is responsible for providing a seamless workflow process to ensure a timely completion and the overall completeness of a reviewer report. Completeness is determined by customer requirements, company best practices, and accuracy. Customer service representatives are expected to be able to communicate with clients, reviewers, and be responsible for the receipt of new cases and ensuring proper system drafting and setup. Client Interaction: - Update clients frequently on cases in progress. - May communicate when there are questions on referral information to ensure proper documentation and information is provided to the assigned reviewer. - Ensure proper documentation for specified cases is provided to the client. - Strong communication Skills - Assign cases to experts - Forming relationships with Doctors - Oversight of Cases: - Monitor, process, and track cases to ensure we meet deadlines. - Update clients frequently on cases in progress. - May communicate when there are questions on referral information to ensure proper documentation and information is provided to the assigned reviewer. - Ensure proper documentation for specified cases is provided to the client. Continuously improves processes that help to facilitate better turnaround time, peer-to-peer success rates, and lessen returned reports by clients for clarification purposes, ultimately resulting in higher client satisfaction. Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs. EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS: An Associate’s Degree is preferred. JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred. The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines. Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
