Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
- 4+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale implementation projects using a standard project management methodology
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
- Ability to present and lead customer-facing group discussions with confidence and conciseness
- Ability to effectively negotiate and build consensus with various audiences and manage project activities

This position is responsible for directing a project team in the execution of all project controls processes and systems on a major project or a number of smaller projects. Under limited supervision, will perform the more complex aspects of project control activities, ensuring that all project control activities such as project administration, change management, project estimating, cost management, earned value management, and schedule management are executed in a timely fashion and in accordance with all company standards and contractual requirements.
