Human Resources Intern

• Post job descriptions across internal and external job boards • Drive all candidate communication, including scheduling interviews, sending updates, and maintaining timely follow-ups • Help track applicant progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system • Build the Human Resources policies SharePoint site • Upload documents, organize content, and ensure information is easy to navigate • Help create short “how-to” videos and guides for employees on HR processes and tools • Build sales mileage reports and maintain communication process with sales leaders • Evaluate hotel loyalty rewards programs and create a corporate traveler rewards program • Support the HR team during open enrollment by helping coordinate and schedule benefits meetings. • Assist in preparing materials, organizing sessions, and ensuring employees have access to the information they need.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
