Role Description As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software architects, data strategists, and cloud experts, to ensure full-stack alignment in our Cloud Native Acceleration projects. Your role will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimising cloud strategies (Single, Hybrid, Multi-Cloud), data strategies, software architecture, and modern DevOps practices (DevOps 2.0). • Own and operate the company’s AWS infrastructure, container platforms, and deployment architecture • Lead and execute the migration of DevOps tooling and infrastructure for our platform modernization from Django monolith to Node.js microservices and event-driven systems • Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes • Write, review, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automation • Establish and monitor SLOs, SLAs, and operational KPIs • Lead incident response, post-incident reviews, and reliability improvements • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing DevOps / Platform Engineering team • Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, and QA on platform priorities • Own cloud security, access controls, and compliance practices • Drive cloud cost optimization and vendor management

• Architect and operate multi-region, multi-cloud deployments across AWS, GCP, or Azure • Design and maintain high-throughput telemetry ingestion pipelines • Build event-driven architectures supporting real-time observability • Implement autoscaling, failover strategies, and fault-tolerant system design • Own production observability using Prometheus, Grafana, distributed tracing, and alerting frameworks • Define and manage Production SLOs, incident response, and reliability engineering practices • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and deployment automation • Collaborate with backend engineering on API performance and infrastructure reliability • Harden infrastructure for security, compliance, and tenant isolation • Drive the long-term infrastructure roadmap and architectural direction • Manage Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar) and full environment lifecycle
