• The Solutions Architect plays a critical role in shaping and delivering secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions that leverage AWS, low-code platforms, and integrations with external SaaS applications. • This position leads end-to-end solution design—from initial discovery and architecture through deployment and operational support—using Infrastructure as Code and modern Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) practices. • The role serves as a technical leader and trusted partner to stakeholders, combining deep expertise in APIs, microservices, containers, data, and security with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with organizational strategy.

• Build AI agents within Statisfy’s Agent Studio to handle onboarding flows, account health monitoring, risk detection, and proactive recommendations. • Configure and customize workflow automations using Statisfy’s Workflow Agent Studio to match customer business processes. • Lead the technical onboarding process for new enterprise customers, including integration of CRM, support, product usage, and communication systems. • Design and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and BI reports that surface customer insights, adoption trends, and ROI metrics. • Serve as the technical expert during onboarding and beyond, helping customers understand best practices and ensuring they achieve measurable success with Statisfy. • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams by bringing back insights from the field to shape roadmap priorities.

• You assume technical leadership as a (part-)project lead in our SAP TM projects and complex transformation initiatives. • You are responsible for designing and developing SAP TM solutions based on our clients’ requirements and advise them on selecting the right approach. • You work closely with your project team and the client to implement tailored solutions. • In collaboration with our experienced development team, highly customized, precise customer solutions are created. • You support our clients with implementations both domestically and internationally. • You monitor innovations in the SAP logistics domain and contribute your expertise to our projects and expert communities.
