• Work on a small team of HPC Systems Administrators responsible for the installation and operational support of an HPC cluster located in Phoenix, Arizona • Actively participate in the evolution and maintenance of the technical infrastructure • Support the on-site HPC environment • Shift priorities and support parallel efforts • Provide technical expertise across multiple projects, including deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, and documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams • Participate in planned maintenance windows or special projects to meet organizational commitments • Travel to different customer sites expected to a maximum of 25% of the time

• Develop, configure, and implement software based on functional designs • Translate system requirements into reliable and efficient control systems • Commission machines on-site, both domestically and internationally • Contribute proactively to the development of control systems, data collection, and data processing solutions • Integrate PLC systems with HMI, SCADA, and industrial networks • Plan, monitor, and manage project progress to ensure delivery within agreed timelines, quality standards, and budgets • Provide technical support, including participation in a rotating on-call service

• Define and own the technical architecture for authentication and authorization across the SimSpace platform • Lead the design and development of Keycloak-based identity infrastructure • Design and build the authorization layer for the SimSpace platform • Design and build new services that extend and augment the IAM stack • Establish and evangelize cross-team authn/authz standards • Partner with technical leaders across the organization • Lead project scoping and estimation for new initiatives • Identify and drive resolution of systemic technical risk, performance bottlenecks, and security gaps within the IAM stack • Actively contribute to architectural review processes • Mentor and grow senior engineers on the IAM team

• Design, implement, and optimize automated workflow protocols using FAST platforms and other advanced liquid handling systems. • Develop software tools for instrument control, workflow automation, and integration with data pipelines. • Define integration schemas for module-to-module system-level integration. • Break down systems into submodules for testing, troubleshooting, and staged integration. • Drive system-level validation and performance benchmarking in collaboration with CDMO partners. • Build versatile tools for workflow scheduling, data acquisition, and pipeline integration. • Support system data analysis and instrument performance monitoring. • Partner with assay development scientists to translate proteomics and molecular biology protocols into robust automated workflows. • Work with hardware and software engineers to align mechatronic subsystems and automation platforms with assay requirements.
