Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven success in B2B SaaS or Public Sector Enterprise level sales.
  • Confident navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals in municipal or government settings.
  • Comfortable selling software that drives operational transformation.
  • A strong communicator—equally at ease with C-level executives and technical teams.
  • Self-directed, organized, and unafraid to take ownership of outcomes.
  • Obsessed with learning, growth, and improvement—both yours and your customers’.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in long-cycle sales.
  • Strong collaboration skills—especially with BDRs, Solution Engineers, and RFP teams.
  • Experience with procurement processes (bonus points).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.

You will need to understand how our AI-powered platform integrates with customers’ existing technology stacks and how it can be leveraged to drive actionable insights. Role responsibilities: Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiations and closing deals. Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts. Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations, effectively translating technical features into business value including answering in depth questions related to AI (artificial intelligence), NLP (natural language processing), and ML (machine learning) Collaborate with SDRs to optimize lead generation and pipeline development based on real time, AI (Artificial Intelligence) generated data pulled directly from data studio.
