UX Design Intern
Transcarent
• Work on projects that impact the business and contribute to Transcarent’s mission of better health and care, specifically in the growth and engagement space. • Learn how to use a design system to design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts for our cloud-based applications • Gain exposure to collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers to create delightful, effortless experiences for our users. • Be exposed to how our Product, Design, and Engineering Team operates • You'll have a formal mentor on your team guiding you throughout your internship period
Job Requirements
- Is a self-starter and is skilled in identifying issues and developing solutions.
- Proficiency in Figma and Figjam
- Communication skills presenting designs and articulating design decisions
- Proficiency in prototyping
- Has a passion for healthcare and is inquisitive about the various ways we can improve the delivery of health and care.
- Is able to dedicate 40-hours a week for a duration of 12 weeks.

Position Overview We're searching for a Sr. UX Designer to join our EZLynx Product Team on a remote or hybrid basis in the United States. We're Excited to Learn More About You Your experience may include: 5+ years of experience in UX, preferably in a commercial software environment working on B2B enterprise software or SaaS products. Well-versed in experimental design, research methodology, and statistical analysis. Demonstrated experience with research methodologies such as user observation, user interview, usability testing, card sorts, persona development, user journeys and surveys. Demonstrated ability to interpret research data and turn it into actionable insights. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills that promote idea-sharing and knowledge transfer.
