Construction Consultant
Pine Services Group
• Implement and support Acumatica ERP for construction and project-based organizations. • Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into system configurations. • Perform solution design, system configuration, testing, data migration support, training, and go-live activities. • Provide post-go-live support and assist clients in optimizing system usage. • Identify and resolve functional challenges while collaborating with internal technical and consulting teams. • Follow established implementation methodologies and best practices. • Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to project leadership. • Continue building expertise in one or more functional areas (e.g., finance, distribution, construction/project accounting).
Job Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience working with Acumatica as a Consultant, Power User, or in a functional ERP role.
- Hands-on Acumatica implementation or support experience required.
- Experience supporting construction or project-based accounting environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of ERP fundamentals, including finance, distribution, and project accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a team structure.
- Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills.
- Acumatica certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with a consulting firm, reseller, or as a controller/senior accountant is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% within the U.S. and Canada.
