• Be the primary face to the client during the implementation process • Conduct impact analysis with client to determine the appropriate requirements for a smooth and successful implementation • Ensure all requirements are documented in the standard project templates and tools and then obtain approval from the Client before initiating builds • Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log for project monitoring purposes • Coordinate and collaborate across functional teams and the client to ensure items are completed timely, ensuring readiness for go-live • Monitor progress using weekly status reporting formats • Assist with escalated client issues, member issues, project issues, etc. • Provide go-live support • Facilitate internal Post Implementation Review meetings • Provide mentoring and support to other team members • Support high-volume, high-profile clients (Superbrokers, 340B, etc.) • Act as a mentor for colleagues throughout the implementation process and solve for opportunities identified through trend analysis and process improvement • Participate in ad-hoc project requests • Participate in process improvement efforts and focus group.

• Be a subject matter expert for clients that are implementing Alkami’s digital banking product set with a focus on Commercial Banking/Cash Management. • Analyzes client banking operations and maps requirements to Alkami’s digital banking platform. • Conduct in-depth analysis of customers’ commercial banking operations as well as map and document requirements. • Create business requirement documentation to identify customer requirements and industry best practices. • Engage with cross functional teams to identify and support the implementation of improved Delivery processes. • Advocate for clients’ business users across the platform and advise Product Management regarding business needs. • Communicate status updates and progress to leadership and internal stakeholders. • Understand the current Alkami platform offering to identify and document functionality gaps. • Work closely with Alkami Product Management team to prioritize and map clients’ commercial banking needs within the product roadmap. • Work as a liaison between Alkami customers and the Alkami Implementation Services teams, assisting with the translation between business requirements and solution configuration.

• Consulting customers on the following crucial configuration tasks for SaaS platforms: • Single sign on (SSO) integration with identity provider platforms • Data integrations with student information systems, membership management systems, and HR information systems • Configuration of platform roles and permissions • Installation and configuration of LTI-compliant third party applications • Consulting on how to use JavaScript and CSS overrides in Instructure products where supported • Supporting the customer with guidance on leveraging APIs for Instructure Products • Identifying areas where additional support, training, or consulting are needed • Participating in team projects that support goals and initiatives of the team.

• Lead and execute Sage Intacct implementations following established implementation methodologies • Conduct discovery sessions to analyze and document business and system requirements • Configure Sage Intacct modules to align with client processes and accounting structures • Develop and execute test plans and support client testing phases • Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer • Recommend best-practice processes and system optimizations • Design and build financial reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct • Configure and support third-party integrations and marketplace solutions • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met • Provide regular project status updates to internal stakeholders and clients • Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines • Identify system limitations, risks, and enhancement opportunities • Contribute to internal documentation, templates, and implementation best practices • Escalate complex issues as needed and collaborate with technical resources to resolve them
