• Understand and apply electrical incident energies and proper use of PPE • Work side by side with dealers to educate and Support troubleshooting issues, answer technical inquiries, and resolve field issues • Diagnose, repair, and rebuild of electrification product(s) at designated repair areas • Communicate site advanced power product issues • Facilitate the return of Failed Parts to the factory for further analysis • CPI support: Identify, testing, data collection, and implementation of ICA’s/PCA’s • Assist dealers with understanding and implementation of Service Publications, TIB, Service Magazines, and Service Letters • Perform validation of procedures and identify improvements to Product Support Literature • Identify and document early product issues and improvement opportunities • Ability to keep customers properly informed during repairs

• Perform installation and commissioning on drive systems, power systems, automation systems or dynamic positioning systems at customer site locations during ship construction • Performs troubleshooting activities at site locations during scheduled Port visits or at sea to diagnose problems, determine appropriate resolution, and implements corrective actions • Performs a wide range of engineering tasks to ensure the technical integrity and proper installation and commissioning of our equipment • Develop documentation to execute work such as commissioning and maintenance procedures, as well as execute customer training • Execute on site project management and technical leader duties to resolve customer issues and provide customer satisfaction • Identify sales opportunities for service agreements, spare parts, training, and upgrades • Provide on call support in response to customer calls for service • Assist in the growth and direction of the North American business • Provide support to engineering teams working on customer upgrade projects • Complete timely service reports and other administrative requirements • Perform work on-board vessels within GE / Customer safety guidelines either in shipyards or offshore.

• You will be servicing CT and MRI Imaging Equipment in the northern Seattle metro area. • You are in a field-based, customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintains and modifies Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites. • You will be responsible for delivering both timely and effective repairs as well as adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction. • You will manage financial performance within their territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management. • You will manage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc. • Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.
