Job Description
Documentation Analyst
NextGen Equipment Finance
• Generates live lease documentation quickly and accurately • Audits data, attachments, and Document Request Forms submitted through front-end system • Determines sales tax treatment on a contract-by-contract basis • Prepares funding packages for sale to lenders • Files UCC-1 and UCC-3 financing statements • Updates document templates upon request • Receives and reviews executed documentation packages for accuracy within internal credit, legal and documentation guidelines • Compiles funding checklist to advise sales and operations departments • Submits leases for transmission and booking in back end system • Manages insurance portfolio and ensures compliance • Sets up and issues live documents through electronic signature platform • Diligently follows up on post-closing items • Assists with submission of title/registration requests to third-party vehicle title processor
Job Requirements
- Detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced, and team environment
- Well-rounded understanding of the leasing life cycle and funding requirements
- Effective decision-making aptitude and sound judgment
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5 years experience. Preference made for candidates with experience in the equipment finance industry and/or contract generation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
