• Develop and operationalize advanced analytics and machine learning models to identify insider threats • Lead/Manage/Support: architecture, integration, and ongoing performance of insider threat platforms and engineering tools • Collaborate with stakeholder groups to align detection strategies with mission priorities • Oversee system design and data integration across platforms and case management systems • Ensure all technical systems supporting insider threat operations are robust and lead automation efforts • Utilize User Behavior Analytics deterrence, detection, and monitoring in a diverse operational environment • Expertise in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) techniques, development of intelligence products, data mining, predictive and prescriptive analytics, link analysis, network analytics, text mining.

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering or Master’s (preferred)
  • Technical skills: CISSP, CCITP
  • Ability to perform machine learning, natural language, and statistical analysis methods such as classification, collaborative filtering, association rules, topic modeling, time-series analysis, regression, statistical inference, and validation methods
  • US citizenship required.
