• Manage client information and interactions within our CRM for optimal organization and service • Conduct ongoing follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention • Maintain consistent communication using digital tools • Develop and implement online marketing strategies to enhance brand presence • Drive lead generation to expand client base • Participate in professional development and mindset training • Communicate professionally with prospective clients to build strong relationships • Attend virtual team leadership sessions • Set and manage self-directed goals in alignment with our mission

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field
  • Strong background in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles (3+ years preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
  • Experience with CRM platforms and modern tech tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
