• Manage employee devices, accounts, and access (laptops, mobile devices, SaaS tools) • Administer identity and access management (SSO, MFA, role-based access) • Support onboarding and offboarding while maintaining security and compliance • Maintain and troubleshoot networks, endpoints, and cloud-based systems • Monitor system health, patching, and updates • Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues quickly • Assist with HIPAA, SOC 2, and security audits • Document IT processes, policies, and procedures

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT administration or systems support
  • Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Understanding of networking basics (DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
  • Experience with endpoint management and MDM tools
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, or SOC 2 controls
  • Experience with tools like CrowdStrike, Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jamf, and Intune
  • Exposure to security incident response or vulnerability management
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
  • Have a valid Drivers License and REAL ID

This position is a key role in the company's efforts to drive efficiencies for its employees, enhance the end-user experience and drive the “start-up” / small agile company culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of all day-to-day IT operations for Sensia and work closely with the service providers to deploy continuous improvements as Sensia evolves and grows. Job Description Duties Functional Coordinate IT operations with the service providers to ensure delivery of timely and effective IT services that operate at a high level of stability and efficiency. Work with the IT service provider to optimize and improve local company networks and servers.
