Sales Development Representative
Hazelcast
**- Achieve/exceed monthly metrics (ex: qualified meetings/opportunities created) - Prospect, educate, qualify and develop target accounts - Respond to inbound customer leads and develop these accounts to create opportunities - Successfully manage and overcome customer objections - Ability to call within all levels of an organization and identify business needs for Hazelcast solutions - Liaise with Marketing to drive attendance to, and follow up on events such as training and conferences - Utilization of CRM and communication tools (Salesforce, Outreach) - Utilization of Internet research tools for prospecting (LinkedIn, Seamless.Ai, Zoominfo)**
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
- At least, 1 year of relevant professional sales experience
- Candidates should have sales development or related experience in a business-to-business environment
- Industry knowledge a plus
- Proven track record of success in cold calling, deal qualification, and goal achievement preferred
- Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, highly confident, able to work diligently and independently, and goal-oriented
- Experience in speaking with a Line of Business leaders and C-level executives
- Fast learner with strong technical aptitude
- Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility and have the desire to be part of a rapidly growing organization
- Experience in software start-up and competitive software sales environments preferred**
