• CRM Data Entry: Accurately and promptly enter team International’s data into Salesforce and construct and format basic reports. • Briefing Materials: Draft, edit, and submit error-free briefing materials for external donor meetings. • Project Coordination: For select projects or meetings, including support of regional donor circles, track next steps and ensure completion. • Event Support: Assist in tracking and managing regional fundraising events, including invites, RSVPs, and follow-up processes and ensuring completion. • Calendar Management: Manage calendars for regional team members, ensuring that they spend most of their time on their highest priorities. • Background Research: Conduct background research on prospects, as needed. • Meeting Correspondence: Draft meeting agendas and disseminate them to the appropriate team members before the meeting. Track action steps with the responsible team lead. • Special Projects: Including, but not limited to, supporting European Advisory Council communications; creating tracking systems for Top 10 prospect management, preparing thank-you notes, and contributing to a global fundraising mindset. • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Project management experience to effectively plan and execute short and long-term projects.
  • Proven proactive communication and collaboration to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Previous Salesforce or other fundraising database experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with an international constituency (outside the United States) and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
