IT Sales Representative – Commission-Based

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. • Prospect and network within your assigned territory. • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams. • Build your pipeline by attending networking events, conferences, and utilizing company leads. • Cross-sell services to existing customers. • Self-motivated and achievement-oriented.

Job Requirements

  • Previous MSP or technology related experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales professional or relevant role.
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process: prospecting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • High school degree; Technical Degree or BS/BA in business administration or relevant field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of and experience with managing customer expectations.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Energized by working in a high-performance environment.
