Accounts Administrator
Wingman Group
• Process and receipt electronic payments into company bank accounts • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations • Prepare and issue client invoices • Process supplier and creditor invoices • Reconcile creditor accounts and prepare payments • Process creditor payments and upload payment files to banking platforms • Manage payroll processing, including tax and superannuation reporting • Prepare and post monthly accrual journals • Assist with the preparation of monthly Profit & Loss reports • Prepare, lodge, and process monthly and quarterly BAS returns • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting, payroll, and taxation requirements • Provide general administrative and accounting support as required
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' accounting experience
- Previous experience working within an Australian business or accounting practice is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MYOB and/or Xero.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Australian accounting principles and compliance requirements.
- Experience preparing and lodging BAS returns.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, professional, and highly detail-oriented.
