Reporting to Australasian Sales & Services Manager, you'll identify prospects, engage with them by phone and email, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term relationships. Work that matters - What you'll do - Identify prospective clients using a vertical sector approach (e.g., IT, Telecommunications and Construction). - Make outbound calls daily, send proposals, and follow up with prospects. - Ensure customers are onboarded and set up for success. - Respond to inbound queries promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction. - Record all communications for future reference. - Analyse customer feedback to improve processes and products. Qualifications What You'll Bring - 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role. - Strong communication skills both verbal and written. - Ability to build relationships with professionals in medium to large organisations. - Effective time management and prioritisation skills. - Computer literacy (Microsoft Office). - Commercial judgement and problem-solving ability. - A collaborative, respectful approach and commitment to ethical business practices.
