Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Experience in project management, covering all phases from planning through control and closure.
- Experience managing resources and budgets.
- Knowledge of predictive (waterfall) and agile project management methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Experience with software and/or ERP implementation projects.
- Strong planning, monitoring, and organizational skills for projects.
- Experience with change management and risk management.
- Basic knowledge of information technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of Information Technology.
- Experience working within a formal PMO structure.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Certifications in project management or agile methodologies.
- Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar).
- Experience with the Lyceum system.
- Experience in the education sector.
- Knowledge of digital transformation and process management.
- Advanced English.
