• Responsible for leading customer implementations as a project clinical lead • Understand customer’s business objectives and drive the project towards those objectives through clinical workflow analysis and optimization • Assist customers in developing best practice clinical operations with an emphasis on focused patient outcomes, patient care efficiencies, cost containment/reduction, and customer value propositions • Evaluate business processes and recommend process changes • Document processes and identify problems • Configure systems and specify hardware/software • Manage change and test recommended strategies • Identify training needs and deploy solutions • Create relevant metrics that demonstrate achievement of clinical, operational, and financial values • Support product training and implementation through defined processes and consistent follow-up • Work as the clinical resource of the Varian project implementation team • Own workflow mapping and gap analysis • Drive detailed requirements gathering sessions • Work with technical implementation team to translate workflow requirements into technical configuration tasks • Develop customer-specific user adoption strategies and best practices • Provide onsite support during system Go-Live and immediate post Go-Live periods

Provide instruction in Orientation and Mobility for individuals with visual impairments, develop individualized lesson plans, assess student progress, and collaborate with staff to enhance consumer independence and quality of life.

• Help build and set up Digital Twins for our clients by working directly on live deployment projects • Use your knowledge of building systems (HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical) to help process and validate data • Work with 3D building models (such as Revit or Navisworks) to understand building layouts and support accurate Digital Twin creation, while analysing large datasets using tools like Excel to identify issues and ensure data accuracy • Work closely with teammates across different departments to help set up and support system integrations. • Use AI tools to speed up data processing, documentation, and problem-solving, while staying open to learning and adopting new tools and technologies as they become available. • Ensure the Team Leader is informed on progress, issues, risks and blockers on a daily basis to enable accurate deliverable management • Engage with Willow’s Product and Engineering team to improve product capabilities and roadmap
