• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. • Improve test coverage and identify quality risks across existing applications. • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to accelerate test development and maintenance. • Troubleshoot and resolve test failures across application, infrastructure, and data layers. • Reduce flaky tests and improve CI/CD pipeline reliability. • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance testability and confidence in production systems. • Establish scalable testing standards, tools, and best practices across multiple products.

• You develop automated testing solutions for our clients, for example, in the context of transformation projects and migrations • You confidently apply various test automation tools and frameworks in a needs-based manner • You create (automated) test cases, including documentation and test reporting, and actively contribute in a hands-on manner during testing • You define work packages and take over the coordination of (sub-)projects, including their implementation up to business acceptance (sign-off) • You act as an “innovator” in the field of test automation, actively contribute to improving our test automation processes, and drive new approaches and ideas • You act as a “driver” for test automation and test management at Wavestone and continuously develop our colleagues and clients through trainings • Work with IT and business colleagues to develop solutions to specific problems that, at times, leverage existing solutions and systems • Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure the delivery of proposed solutions

• Lead end-to-end test planning for software releases across multiple backend and platform services teams • Define release-level test scope, strategy, timelines • Drive alignment on dependencies, priorities, environments, and release milestones • Identify quality risks early and drive mitigation plans • Escalate release blockers and quality concerns to stakeholders • Lead effective verification strategies across manual and automated testing efforts, including API and integration testing for backend platform services • Champion initiatives that reduce manual testing effort and improve efficiency • Organize and report on testing efforts using tools like Jira and Jama • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to share results and align efforts • Contribute to processes that support the medical device development lifecycle • Ensure testing activities and documentation align with processes supporting the medical device software development lifecycle and regulatory compliance expectations
