About the Role In this role, you will maximize your polished presentation abilities, collaborative pre-sales experience, and your finance and accounting expertise to articulate and differentiate the value of Workday Financials and expand the adoption of Workday products and solutions. About This Role The National Director will help to develop, maintain, and execute a US thought-leadership engagement plan and professional education program for a late-stage Nephrology asset, starting with post-transplant Antibody Mediated Rejection (AMR) and Microvasculature Inflammation (MVI), over time progressing to include IgA Nephropathy and other renal conditions as the asset continues to develop, We are seeking an individual who can establish and execute a strategy to engage Thought Leaders, develop advocacy, capture market insights, and liaise with marketing on key initiatives. Starting off in an individual capacity, the role will evolve to oversee a team of Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs). This role will report to the US Nephrology Marketing Lead and be a core part of the Nephrology Marketing Leadership as well as the US Launch Operating Team. The individual will work closely with their marketing and insights colleagues as well as sales, family access, medical, and commercial operations to drive alignment of strategic priorities, manage resources, and track outcomes. This is a highly visible role with significant interactions with Sr Leadership and will require strong organizational and leadership skills, along with superior scientific/technical acumen and a demonstrated ability to discuss and relate complex scientific concepts to medical experts. What You’ll Do Work with team to identify, map, and maintain list of current and emerging thought leaders in the US.
