Role Description We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our agile team working on enterprise-grade digital solutions within the NewPIMS program. You will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based business applications leveraging Microsoft 365, PowerApps, and Power Automate technologies. Your work will directly contribute to building scalable, user-friendly solutions that streamline business processes across the organization. - Design and develop cloud-native application architectures using Microsoft 365 technologies. - Develop and maintain PowerApps applications (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps) for enterprise use cases. - Design and implement Power Automate workflows to orchestrate business logic and automate cross-platform processes. - Use the Microsoft Common Data Service Connector Architecture to integrate and manage application data. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Optimize development and deployment workflows (Dev-Test-Int-Prod) using Azure DevOps. - Integrate with Office 365 components, including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365, where applicable. - Contribute to architectural and solution design decisions with a focus on usability, scalability, and maintainability. - Participate in agile ceremonies and work in cross-functional teams following Scrum or SAFe methodologies. Qualifications - 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly PowerApps and Power Automate. - Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Cloud Architecture and its integration patterns. - Proficiency in Power Platform setup and administration, including governance best practices. - Strong understanding of relational data modeling and experience working with Common Data Service (Dataverse). - Experience with frontend plug-in development using JavaScript and C#. - Familiarity with DevOps tools, especially Azure DevOps for CI/CD and pipeline management. - Knowledge of database structures and the ability to work with data in complex environments. - Ability to think in logical structures, manage dependencies, and design modular, reusable components. Preferred Additional Skills - Experience in Power Portal setup and customization. - Customization of Dynamics 365 GUI is a plus. - Experience working in enterprise-scale Office 365 environments. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Role Description As a Senior Data Platform Engineer, you will join a growing cross-functional team focused on building next-generation data platform capabilities. The team is responsible for Data Platform Enablement, creating new data products using both streaming and batch technologies, and is currently expanding to support increasing demand across multiple domains. • Ensure Atlassian administration and development work is managed and implemented in a controlled and timely manner. • Enable the integrations between multiple Atlassian products and third-party tools.

• Own and scale critical backend systems — including data sync pipelines, search APIs, email/SMS delivery, and workflow automation — with a focus on reliability and operational excellence. • Drive platform-level projects that unlock new product capabilities: activity feeds, custom objects, rate limiting, tenant isolation, and data enrichment integrations. • Collaborate closely with product engineers to identify and eliminate platform bottlenecks, improving the velocity and reliability of feature development across the team. • Participate in the shared platform on-call rotation and lead post-incident reviews, improving system observability and resilience over time. • Help shape the backend foundation for Rally's agentic platform — ensuring our core systems can support AI agents running research workflows at scale. • Influence architectural decisions and establish engineering standards across the backend stack. • Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical design discussions, and day-to-day pairing as the team grows.
