Product Designer
EverCommerce
• Deliver high-quality product design for complex products in a collaborative, cross-functional environment • Use insight-led approaches to solve meaningful user problems and improve user outcomes • Lead UX activities across the product lifecycle, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research teams • Plan and conduct validation activities, including user testing, to inform iteration and design decisions • Define and measure UX success metrics aligned to product and business goals • Drive strong stakeholder alignment through clear communication, collaboration, and sharing insights and work in progress • Contribute to team culture, rituals, onboarding, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in SaaS product design, with a strong portfolio of user-centred work
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end design solutions, from problem definition and research through to testing, delivery, and measurement
- Experience across a range of UX practices including journey mapping, prototyping, user testing, analytics, and design systems
- Strong visual design skills with experience designing responsive web and iOS experiences
- Curious and insight-driven, with experience contributing to discovery research and understanding user needs
- Comfortable solving complex problems, iterating based on feedback, and working collaboratively in fast-paced agile teams
- Strong communication skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and a growth mindset with a collaborative approach.
