Role Description - Ensure Customer success. - Outreach to accounts with email and phone calls to develop new sales opportunities. - Quote, up sell, and teach product knowledge. - Quick response time to customer needs as well as follow up with requests. - Maintain and expand your database of accounts. - Assist in coordination of targeting marketing campaigns and promotions. - Perform effective online demos to prospects. - Coordinate and manage showroom visits as needed. - Assist at tradeshows as needed. - Assist sales managers on reports, presentations, creating power points and general customer follow up as needed. - Set the highest ethical standards for self and others. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Must have 5 years of relevant experience in Sales. - Must be familiar with MS Office Suite to include Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. - Must have CRM experience; NetSuite and HubSpot helpful. - Must be flexible and able to adapt to fast paced customer support. - Proven prospect skills, time management, relationship management skills, active listening skills and openness to feedback. - Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude. - Must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of personnel (verbal and written). - Must be a solutions-oriented team player.
