Job Requirements
- 3+ years project experience in a hands on technical consulting and project management role
- 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to document requirements for technical resources, and ability to fully understand technical solutions leveraging Apex, VisualForce and Web Services
- Experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects - including ground-up Field Service and Sales Cloud deployments
- Experience leading multiple Salesforce Project deployments including release and multi-environment management, integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, and requiring original code development
- Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management, project management expertise and process methodology
- Deep understanding of Salesforce administration required (Service Cloud and Sales Cloud)
- Expert-level experience in designing and creating Service Cloud solutions using Salesforce declarative configuration.
- Experience with Communities and Wave Analytics highly preferred
- One or more current Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud/CPQ/Field Service, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder), multiple certifications preferred.
