Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with 1–3+ years of outbound sales experience to support the growth of an innovative Sports AI SaaS platform. This role focuses on cold outreach, lead generation, community engagement, and booking qualified meetings with sports organizations and decision-makers. - Conduct high-volume cold calling and cold email outreach - Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting - Book demos and discovery calls with sports club owners and managers - Engage with sports communities through forums, social media groups, and online platforms - Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management - Execute LinkedIn and multichannel outreach campaigns - Support lead nurturing and sales development efforts - Collaborate with leadership to optimize outreach strategies and messaging Qualifications - 1–3+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, Appointment Setter, or outbound sales professional - English proficiency: C1–C2 (written and verbal communication) - Strong cold calling and cold emailing experience - Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Apollo.io, Outreach.io, Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar platforms - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Strong follow-up and organizational skills - Resilience and comfort working toward activity-based KPIs - Passion for sports and understanding of fan/club dynamics (experience in the sports industry is a big plus)
