Senior Program Manager

• Establish and facilitate appropriate portfolio management governance, including intaking new ideas, evaluating opportunities, monitoring execution, and reporting on status. • Foster close working relations across Engineering, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Go-to-Market execution teams to build consensus and ensure consistent delivery. • Design comprehensive reporting practices spanning from executive summaries down to team execution needs, while tracking schedules and assessing resource requirements. • Implement and measure the adoption of standardized methodologies, serving as a Center of Excellence for regular delivery of improved operational practices. • Translate complex obstacles or structural issues into clear, actionable problem statements and provide thoughtful recommendations to local in-country and executive teams.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a Program Manager role, with Portfolio Management experience being highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated technology proficiency in a digital technology industry role.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, including hands-on experience managing complex programs or projects as well as designing dashboards, metrics reporting, and executive-level status visualizations.
  • Strong knowledge of tracking and monitoring long-term Program Portfolio Roadmaps using both waterfall and agile project management models.
  • Proven experience in a Program Management Office leadership role, or possession of a Project Management Professional or Prince2 certification (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability in leading Go-to-Market efforts for a portfolio of strategic products and services that successfully achieved or exceeded Key Performance Indicator targets.
  • Exceptional strategic analytical, cross-functional influencing, and executive facilitation skills, with a proven track record of leading change and introducing process frameworks.
  • A Master of Business Administration degree is considered a plus.

Role Description The Senior Associate, Regulatory Affairs is responsible for ensuring that all products, labels, and marketing claims comply with applicable regulatory requirements across domestic and international markets. This role supports product innovation and commercialization by providing regulatory guidance, managing submissions, and partnering cross-functionally to mitigate compliance risk while enabling speed to market.
