Role Description As a Systems Administrator, your team will maintain the critical server infrastructure that allows us to advance the way the world pays, banks and invests. You’ll be responsible for deploying new technologies as well as ensuring system performance. About the team - Provide iSeries/Power8/Power9 iSeries Engineering Support and services to FIS Customers. - Add/configure to Customer Infrastructure Automated System Alert Monitoring solutions to reduce/minimize Business Impact when System errors occur. - Work in a team environment responsible for the Health of the iSeries System. What you will be doing - Supporting messaging services and maintaining a secure environment. - Proposing and implementing system enhancements. - Monitoring system usage and performance and troubleshooting issues. - Assisting with hardware and software upgrades or repairs. Qualifications - Knowledge of multiple iSeries (Power8, Power9, and Power10) operating systems and related utilities and hardware. - Experience in OS Upgrades and Third Party Software Upgrade in a replication environment using MIMIX and ITERA. - Experience with storage management, TCP/IP, network monitoring and tools. - A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or the equivalent experience. Requirements - Experience in IBMi performance analysis for evaluation/troubleshooting of jobs consuming high CPU and/or DASD. - Strong knowledge of BRMS (Advance BRMS NETWORK) and configuration of external Tape Media Libraries. - Strong knowledge of HELPSYSTEM Products (ROBOT NETWORK, ROBOT CONSOLE, ROBOT SPACE and ROBOT ALERT). • Lead complex, multi-region lifecycle management for benefit plans, including new vendor implementations, annual open enrollments, critical plan renewals, and high-tier employee escalation resolution. • Drive high-quality service delivery by holding vendors accountable to established Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements, while overseeing the regional benefits billing ecosystem and purchase order setup. • Monitor changing statutory landscapes to establish compliance obligations for all regional benefit and paid time off programs, while leading regional readiness initiatives to ensure data is audit-ready. • Author high-impact localized benefit communications, partner with the Benefits Center of Excellence and local Human Resources leaders, and synthesize demographic and utilization data into sophisticated analytics for executive dashboards.
