• Support the preparation of proposals, including reviewing solicitations, participating in proposal meetings and submitting proposals • Administer all phases of contract management, including initiation, performance tracking, processing modifications and close-out. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies • Set up and maintain Projects and Contracts in Costpoint • Coordinate issues for program managers and interact with clients to resolve outstanding matters. • Stay updated on evolving government regulations and their impact on agreements and business practices. • Perform special assignments as requested by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Social Sciences, Liberal Arts, or related academic field plus 4-6 years of directly related experience or relevant field.
- Experience with all contract types - Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Firm Fixed Price, T&M
- Experience with Various Contracting mechanisms such as GWACS, contracts, OTAs, grants, prototype agreements, Commercial Solutions Opening
- Experience with Costpoint or similar accounting systems
- Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze and interpret contract terms and conditions.
