Junior Development Architect – Part-time
Boundless Life Sciences Group
• Assist the Development Manager in overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initial renovation through to final delivery. • Help monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, flagging risks and proposing solutions proactively. • Support coordination with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure smooth execution on the ground. • Develop and update architectural layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle. • Monitor on-site progress to ensure that construction aligns with the project's architectural standards. • Travel within Europe as required to provide direct on-the-ground support during key project phases.
Job Requirements
- Your experience (minimum 2 years) in commercial architecture — Retail, Workspaces, Education, or Hospitality.
- Your ability to thrive in a support role, working closely under the direction of a senior project lead.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and strong technical drawing skills.
- Your financial literacy and ability to interpret construction budgets and complex spreadsheets.
- A keen eye for interior design and the ability to maintain brand consistency across different spaces.
- Your proactive, versatile mindset and comfort working across multiple disciplines.
- Full availability to travel within Europe (and occasionally beyond) as required by the projects.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a significant advantage.
