Manager, Lifecycle Marketing
Risepoint
• Drive execution and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs that guide students from initial interest through enrollment and beyond. • Translate lifecycle strategy into high-performing campaigns and journeys across email, SMS, and related channels. • Serve as a key link between strategy and execution, partnering with Lifecycle Marketing leadership, Analytics, and cross-functional teams. • Analyze campaign and journey performance to identify insights and drive continuous improvement. • Collaborate with Paid Media, DX, Creative, and Analytics teams to support cohesive, omni-channel student experiences. • Ensure compliance with email and SMS regulations, deliverability standards, and channel best practices.
Job Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or CRM marketing.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar ESPs.
- Experience managing multi-step lifecycle journeys across email and SMS.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members or shared resources.
- Experience in higher education, edtech, or student lifecycle marketing is a plus.

• Develop and execute a regional market-entry and account-based marketing plan to drive lead generation, conversion, and pipeline growth in close collaboration with the AMER sales team. • Act as the primary marketing liaison to Sales, maintain regular communication to align goals, share updates, and gather feedback. • Build the market-entry strategy based on overall marketing strategy, sales input, available budget, and marketing capabilities. • Earn trust and provide guidance to Sales on how to best leverage marketing programs and resources. • Own the regional marketing plan in partnership with Sales, ensuring alignment and shared accountability. • Collaborate across marketing organization to ensure AMER priorities are reflected in broader campaigns and initiatives. • Plan and execute field marketing activities including events, webinars, digital campaigns, and email marketing — coordinating with agencies and the global marketing team where needed. • Monitor and report on campaign performance, drawing insights to improve future efforts. • Advocate for regional needs in global integrated campaign planning, contributing local market insights and trends. • Adapt corporate programs and content for AMER audiences to ensure local relevance and impact. • Support strategic account initiatives by aligning marketing efforts to account goals, helping shape and implement an Account-Based Experience (ABX) approach. • Identify and manage customer advocacy opportunities, working with internal and external stakeholders to capture compelling customer stories. • Lead AMER-based trade show planning and logistics.
