Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life': - Develop high-quality 3D structural models and drawings using Revit - Translate engineering designs into coordinated, buildable models and documentation - Collaborate with structural engineers, architects and multidisciplinary teams - Support project delivery across buildings and infrastructure sectors - Contribute to resolving design coordination challenges - Work within a BIM environment, supporting model coordination and integration - Continue to develop your technical skills under the guidance of senior team members What we're looking for: - Approximately 2-4 years' experience in structural modelling - Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) - Experience working on buildings or infrastructure projects - Background in an engineering consultancy environment - Understanding of structural drawings and design intent - Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams - Exposure to BIM processes or coordination tools such as ACC, Navisworks and Revizto (preferred) - Eligibility for Defence Baseline clearance (preferred) How will your future be shaped by us? At Aurecon, you'll be part of a team that is building its structural modelling capability in a meaningful way. You'll work closely with experienced engineers and senior modellers who are invested in developing your technical skills, not just delivering output. You'll have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in Revit and BIM modelling, while gaining exposure to complex, multidisciplinary projects across buildings, stadiums, infrastructure, data centres and defence. As you grow, there are clear pathways into BIM coordination, digital engineering, emerging technologies and more senior modelling roles. We support flexible and hybrid ways of working and provide a range of benefits to help you balance your career with life outside of work - including flexible public holidays, purchased leave, parental leave, wellbeing programs and access to Fitness Passport. Most importantly, you'll be part of a collaborative environment where your growth is supported, your work is valued, and your contribution helps shape how we deliver projects moving forward.
