Bookkeeping, Administrative Support Virtual Assistant

• Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) • Manage Accounts Payable (A/P): process vendor bills, supplier payments, and expense reimbursements • Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R): issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations • Track expenses and ensure proper categorization • Maintain the general ledger accurately and up to date • Assist with payroll preparation when needed • Generate standard financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for management review • Support accountants during audits or tax filing • Manage emails, correspondence, and scheduling for management • File and organize company records and documents • Assist with HR-related support (employee onboarding, timesheet tracking, leave records) • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers • Prepare presentations, reports, and memos as needed • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Provide general executive and departmental support
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Admin Assistant, or Virtual Assistant (at least 2+ years)
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Role Description Coho Construction Management is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to join our team in support of a newly awarded contract. This remote role requires travel and supports project schedule review and analysis activities to ensure timelines are reasonable and contract-compliant. This is a part-time on-call position, estimated at 200 hours of work within six months. - Review contractor CPM schedules. - Assist with schedule updates and progress tracking. - Review Time Impact Analyses (TIAs). - Support schedule risk and delay assessments. - Provide scheduling input to project reports. Qualifications - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in performing schedule development and analysis using P6, preferably for large federal programs. - Certification as a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE), or equivalent.
