Role Description We are seeking a thorough and proactive Learning Operations Analyst to support the delivery and continuous improvement of our learning ecosystem. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering learning operations, handling learning platforms, and ensuring a smooth and engaging learner experience. You will work closely with stakeholders and senior team members to support learning initiatives, maintain data accuracy, and drive operational efficiency. Top Accountabilities - Provide 100% resolution to SNOW tickets within 48 hours of assignment. - Collaborate with key stakeholders when there are any service issues or complaints which need to be resolved. - Manage extended workers learning access, and learnings. - Ensure customers receive the highest level of service and a great customer experience. - Support extended workers SPOC's (Single Point Of Contacts) to manage users data, course assignments and completion reports. - Work in an absolute compliant way in accordance with the Global IM&S (Information Management & Security) and PII (Personal Identifiable Information) Protection standards. - Own and drive Team’s performance by achieving the Teams SLA’s and KPI’s in accordance with our performance promises. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in a multinational, preferably service delivery environment. - Minimum 6 months experience in LMS or other integrated LXP systems. - Fluent English is a must - articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work remotely without any impact on delivery. - Basic MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is a must.
