Responsibilities Account Performance & Optimization - Manage the day-to-day performance of assigned dealership accounts, ensuring campaigns are optimized and aligned with client goals - Monitor pacing, performance trends, and KPIs across digital channels (Google, Meta, etc.) - Conduct regular audits to ensure best practices are followed and identify opportunities for improvement - Execute and recommend optimizations to improve lead volume, cost efficiency, and overall ROI Client Support & Communication - Serve as a point of contact for routine client communication and performance updates - Support and lead client calls focused on digital performance reviews, insights, and next steps - Answer client questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Build strong working relationships with clients while reinforcing trust and transparency Data Analysis & Insights - Analyze performance data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations - Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across accounts and communicate insights to clients and internal teams - Support the development of performance recaps and reporting that tie digital marketing efforts to business outcomes - Identify and promote additional upsold solutions that will result in incremental performance for dealer client Collaboration & Execution - Collaborate with internal teams (Account Coordinators, Data, and Performance teams) to ensure seamless execution - Maintain clear communication on account status, deliverables, and any performance risks or opportunities - Assist in onboarding new clients and launching campaigns successfully Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field, preferred - 2+ years’ professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or customer success - Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), highly preferred Skills - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and trends - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Google Ads Search/Display/Video certifications and Meta paid ads certifications, highly preferred Compensation This position offers competitive compensation, plus commission.
