This role is essential to maintaining accurate account records, assisting with invoice inquiries, and helping ensure timely payment collection. Role Description We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Home Visit Co-Ordinator to support our growing Home Visits division. This role will involve: - Speaking directly with customers who have submitted enquiries about selling valuable items from their homes, including jewellery, antiques, watches, collectibles, and other high-value belongings. - Acting as the key point of contact between the customer and our field-based buyers. - Helping assess enquiries, arrange appointments, and manage booking schedules. - Coordinating and booking appointments while our bespoke systems and operational processes are being developed internally. The position is heavily phone-based and would suit someone who is: - Confident speaking with a wide range of people. - Naturally organised and comfortable managing a fast-moving schedule where appointments and logistics can change regularly. - Knowledgeable about jewellery, antiques, collectibles, and vintage items. - Capable of confidently assessing enquiries and communicating with customers regarding valuable belongings.
