Specifically, you will deliver content from our CISM Certification Training Program, designed to help learners build deep expertise in managing and overseeing enterprise information security programs aligned with business goals. This is a part-time, remote role. All sessions are delivered synchronously and 100% online. RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will: - You will conduct live online classes, mentor learners through risk management scenarios, governance case studies, security program planning exercises, and exam-focused discussions, and provide professional guidance grounded in your real-world experience in security leadership roles. - You’ll help learners connect industry best practices with practical decision-making, empowering them to lead security initiatives, align security with business strategy, and manage information security governance with confidence. - You will guide learners through all four CISM domains, including information security governance, risk management, program development and management, and incident management. - Create a positive, professional and inclusive learning environment - Serve as role model for students and as an ambassador for our brand, by: - Exhibiting professionalism and an ethical and empathetic approach when engaging with Simplilearn staff, students, and the public - Encouraging teamwork and seek feedback for continuous improvement QUALIFICATIONS You are a great candidate for this role if you have: - Active CISM certification (mandatory) - ISACA Accredited Instructor status (mandatory) ***If you do not have, Simplilearn will sponsor the accreditation. ISACA Accreditation Application form must be filled and signed. - 8+ years of professional experience in information security management, governance, risk management, or related leadership roles - Strong expertise across the four CISM domains: - Information Security Governance - Information Risk Management - Information Security Program Development and Management - Information Security Incident Management - Familiarity with security governance frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, COBIT, and enterprise risk management principles - Experience leading or managing information security programs, policies, and governance initiatives - Ability to translate governance and risk concepts into practical insights for business and leadership decision-making - Prior teaching, mentoring, or professional training experience (preferred but not mandatory) - Excellent communication and presentation skills with a learner-first mindset - Professionalism, integrity, and empathy in all learner interactions Compensation The expected compensation for this role is $50 per hour for candidates who fulfill the qualifications listed. Candidates with advanced qualifications or domain expertise are encouraged to apply as well. All final offers will be determined based on individual experience, skillset, and alignment with the program needs. Not all candidates will qualify for the top of the salary range.

Motion Graphics Designer
