Title: Tech Leader Location: San Jose, CA United States Hybrid Job Description: Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position Responsibilities: - Use expertise in Java/Python to work with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain Zoom applications built on microservices technologies to support hundreds of millions of customers. - Develop highly performant large scale distributed applications. - Assist in the collection and communication of the product team and customer's requirements. - Develop user stories, and estimates. - Work with operations teams to ensure applications and services are highly available and reliable. - Work with operations teams to provide a stable and reliable cross-cloud automatic platform base on k8s. What we're looking for: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent. Must have 6 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Must have 6 years of experience in: - Building, deploying, and supporting an enterprise-scale web application in the cloud; - Utilizing Java and Python in software development; - Working with modern cloud tools and services such as AWS, OCI, and Azure; - Working with modern cloud native such as K8s components developed; - working with modern storage and CDN such as Cloudfront and Akamai; - Utilizing modern database (SQL and NoSQL) and storage technologies including MySQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB; - Utilizing multi-threaded programming; and acting as a service owner, project leader, or team leader. - Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Position does not require domestic or international travel.
